Artwork Format and Requirements
You can email digital artwork if it less than 10 meg file size to
our email address: rcpartwork@rightchoicepublishing.com.
If it is more than 10 meg or you get a rejection if you tried to
send by email please send on a cd to our
mail to address:

Acceptable Graphics
We can only make changes to files created in Adobe
Illustrator, Photoshop, or Quark Express. Graphics files
provided by Advertisers must be in an acceptable format and
ready for production. Electronic graphics files should be ready
for placement in a layout or output to a postscript printer.
Images or logos should be sent in the highest possible
resolution. Items off of the internet are usually not acceptable
for printing as they are 72dpi, instead of 150-300dpi. We can
attempt to use such items but they will invariably result in a
lower quality looking ad. Items should be saved in CMYK format
and not RGB. Often times there is a slight color shift that
occurs during printing.

Acceptable File Formats
The following is a list of file formats and specifications for
sending in artwork:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) - When sending .ai files, be certain to
embed all images, include all fonts on disk, and work in CMYK
colors. Do not flatten images. Keep all layers. Save as .ai file.
Adobe Photoshop (.psd) - When sending .psd files do not
flatten images. Keep all layers. Keep image at a minimum of 150
dpi. Save as .psd file.
Tagged Image Format (.tif) - 300 dpi ONLY: When sending
.tif files use default settings. Do not compress file.
Encapsulated Postscript (.eps) - Only use when saving
vector images. Don't save .psd files as .eps.
Portable Document Format (.pdf) - When sending a .pdf,
keep in mind that we cannot make changes to these files. It
must be ready to print. And Saved at the highest resolution.
Joint Photographic Expert Group (.jpg) - 300 dpi ONLY: This
is the least preferred format. When sending a .jpg make the file
as high resolution as possible.

Ad Sizes
Directory Ad Sizes
1. Full Page Ad = 6" x 10".
2. Half Page Ad = 6" x 5".
3. Quarter Page Ad = 3" x 5".

TV Channel or Phone Dialing Stand Sizes
1. Regular Stand Ad = 2 1/4" wide x 2 1/8" tall.
2. Banner Ad = 6 3/4" wide x 7/8" tall.
